Meat Loaf

Hullo cooks!
Sorry, I have taken longer than I meant to - I've been updating my Poem blog:http://theblogofpoems.blogspot.com.au/
and my story:https://community.lego.com/t5/NINJAGO-Stories/Stormchild-and-the-Ninja/m-p/7191144#M92565
But I now have I recipe for you - Meat Loaf! Hopefully you'll all like it :)

Meat Loaf
2 carrots
2 onions
Italian Herbs
1Kg of mince meat

Put oven on 180
Grate the carrots and put them in a large bowl. Grate or finely dice the onions and add them to the bowl.
Sprinkle the Italian Herbs on to taste - it can be as much or as little as you like, depending on how you want it to taste.
Put in the mince and mix it all up. Add the egg and give it another mix.
Pat the mixture into a cake tin. If you have more left over, put it into another tin.
Put the tin/tins into the oven. I don't time it - it tastes nicer the longer it cooks.

I hope you like the Meat Loaf - I have only made it two times and my Mum, Dad and bros love it :)

Italian...

Hullo!
Sorry for taking so long to write, I have been very busy. I don't have a recipe for today, but I should have one next week.
Last month my Mum, Dad, Brothers and I went to the new Jamies Italian for dinner. It was so nice in there. The food is amazing. I had a type of pasta and a drink, which I have forgotten what it is called. The Dessert was amazing- Icecream topped with butterscotch sauce and smashed honeycomb. Yum! However my youngest brother wasn't impressed with his bowl of icecream - he only had one small scoop.
Here is the shops website:

I have also wrote a letter to Jamie Oliver asking him to dinner. Fingers crossed he says yes!
Don't forget to comment if you go (or have gone) to Jamies Italian! :)
